Unique seaside café in cave in Southern Italy

 The restaurant sits inside a cave. It has been created inside a vaulted limestone cave overlooking the sea. The location is unique and very beautiful. Of course, because of the unconventional location, the restaurant is only opened during the summer months. The restaurant is also of the Grotta Palazzese hotel complex that’s located above

There are a lot of unusual locations when it comes to restaurants. Most of them prefer to sit above the ground but there are also some exceptions. There are restaurant sitting on high cliffs, on the sand, underwater, and this one in a cave. This is Hotel Ristorante Grotta Palazzese. It can be found in the town of Polignano a Mare in southern Italy. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience and this is mostly due to the unusual location.
